COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
In a case in which your Bannersnack content has been removed or if access to it has been disabled due to a copyright infringement claim, you may send us a counter notification requesting that your content be reposted or given access to. A counter-notification is a legal demand that we restore the content. If the original claimant does not want the content to appear on Bannersnack, the claimant will be required to sue you. Before disputing a copyright claim, you must be certain that you have all necessary rights to use the content. If you are not prepared to face the claimant in court, you should not proceed.
IMPORTANT: Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability. Please also note that the information provided in this legal notice may be forwarded to the person who provided the allegedly infringing content.
